As a guide, a typical ~40-node map costs about 13 credits from a typed prompt or image, ~26 from a 10-page PDF, ~60 from 5 minutes of audio, and ~177 from 5 minutes of video. Bigger, more detailed maps cost more; smaller ones cost less. The exact credits used are shown with every AI reply, so nothing is hidden.
On Free, credits refresh monthly. On Basic and Pro, you can buy add-on credits anytime ($5 for 1,000 credits). Lifetime plans use one large pool of credits that never expires.
Yes. Cancel your current monthly or yearly plan and subscribe to the one you prefer. Lifetime users can add another plan if they need more credits.
You can cancel monthly or yearly subscriptions anytime from your account settings to stop future billing. Lifetime plans never renew since they're a one-time purchase.
Payments may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that fewer than 100 AI credits from the plan have been used. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@mindmapai.app; eligibility is based on the time your request is received. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
